In the afternoon, we brought the fifth grade together for a middle of the year discussion about expectations. Ask your child how this went and what the expectations are. Also ask them what they have to earn.
Research came to its end in writing. Tomorrow we will begin organizing our environmental issues essays.
To end the day, Mrs. Smith joined us for some Cause and Effect identification to focus our exploration of text structure.
