Today began with Alex leading us through a morning meeting about his water slide birthday party.
Social studies continued to follow suit from previous days, but we did incorporate a mini lesson that focused on how to explain how a fact is important to that colony's history.
In math, we continued to tackle difficult metric related problems. Multi-step and multi-levels of difficult! Reading and figuring out what they want as an end product is half the trouble! We are working hard though.
In the afternoon we continued our chocolate milk debacle as we researched and took notes on yet another article.
Lastly, small groups switched and looked at conclusions and generalizations that can be formed in texts.
Homework

RELA- Read 30 min; Cold Read (annotate; number proof; RACER)
Spelling- due tomorrow
Other- planner signed; coins of compassion/canned food for Twin Day
